Cancellation Policy

Terms of Service & Booking Policy Please read these terms carefully before booking. By purchasing a session, package, or mentorship, you agree to the following conditions. 1. Gymbox Access & Non-Member Policy All in-person training takes place at Gymbox Farringdon Gymbox Members: You must swipe your active membership card/app upon entry. If your membership is frozen or in arrears, Gymbox reception will deny entry, and the session will be charged as a "Late Cancel." Non-Members: You are welcome to train, but Gymbox requires a Day Pass. Concierge Option (Recommended): If you purchased the "Non-Member" rate, I have already covered your entry fee. Simply meet me at reception. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the mandatory health waiver. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To maintain a high standard of coaching and fair access to slots for all students, we operate a strict 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. More than 24 Hours Notice: You may reschedule your session via the booking system or WhatsApp with no penalty. Less than 24 Hours Notice: The session is forfeited. If you have a credit pack or subscription, one credit will be deducted. If it was a Pay-As-You-Go session, no refund will be issued. Emergency Exceptions: Genuine emergencies (hospitalization, contagious illness) are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the coach. Work meetings or travel delays are not considered valid emergencies. 3. Lateness & No-Shows Running Late: If you are running late, please message immediately. The session will finish at the scheduled time to respect the client following you. The 20-Minute Cutoff: If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session is considered a "No-Show" and the coach is free to leave. The session will be charged in full. 4. Package Expiry & Validity Consistency is the key to progress in Jiu-Jitsu. Training packs have expiry dates to encourage regular attendance. Single Sessions: Valid for 30 days from purchase. 4-Session Block: Valid for 8 weeks. 10-Session Block: Valid for 16 weeks. Monthly Mentorship: Credits reset on the 1st of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over (unless a "Pause" is arranged in advance). 5. Refunds & Transfers Refunds: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, injury, or relocation
